CRM Algemeen

THE IDEA

A typical SMB stack has 30+ integrations.

SideIQ Team has seven.

In a typical SMB stack your CRM talks to email through one connector. Quotes write back to CRM through another. E-sign speaks to quotes through a third — then billing, scheduling, docs, telephony, each bridging to everything else. It adds up fast.

In SideIQ these capabilities live on one platform. No connector between mail and CRM because it is one system. No bridge between phones and accounts because threads are shared. No sync between quotes and invoices because the data model is unified. Fewer breakage points — no Zap roulette.

What remains is intentional integration into systems you genuinely run alongside SideIQ — your ledger, PSP, messaging. A short list that works deeply, not fifty fragile bridges.

PRODUCTION INTEGRATIONS

Our seven core integrations.

These external systems are integrated deeply — not shallow pipes. Shipping today:

Accounting & finance

Xero — invoices, credits and bookkeeping export

QuickBooks — same role, global SMB standard

Fortnox — same role, strong in Scandinavia

Mollie — customer invoicing payments, NL methods included

Communication

Gmail / Outlook / Office 365 — bidirectional mail and calendar via Nylas

WhatsApp Business — Cloud API-backed native flows

Telnyx, Vonage, Twilio, SIP — provider-neutral telephony

AI & content

Webflow — managed Rank & Publish agent integration

OpenAI, Anthropic — SideIQ Brain features under the hood

API & WEBHOOKS

Anything SideIQ does not ship natively,

you reach through the API.

SideIQ exposes a full REST API and webhook model. Collections, core features and automations are callable with the same auth model and limits as internal flows.

In practice that unlocks thousands of paths through Make.com, Zapier or n8n. When SideIQ lacks a turnkey connector you can wire one in minutes.

For bespoke, long-lived integrations use the REST API directly — OpenAPI, per-org limits, RBAC-ready for internal stacks or custom clients.

What that means

Make.com / Zapier / n8n — thousands of tools via APIs and webhooks

Internal systems — OAuth and API keys on the REST surface

Custom apps — same primitives as the product surfaces

Webhooks on events — external systems reacting to SideIQ events

Bulk import & export — Smart Importer field mapping

COMING SOON

On the roadmap

into 2026

ChatGPT Connectors / OpenAI Apps SDK — SideIQ as context for your ChatGPT workday

Claude Connectors (Anthropic) — equivalent for Claude-first teams

Salesdock — Dutch energy sales tooling for energy-sector orgs

SnelStart — Dutch SMB bookkeeping

Exact Online — largest SMB footprint in NL

Slack / Microsoft Teams — team notifications around key events

Google Drive / OneDrive / Dropbox — unified docs layer

Zoom / Microsoft Teams meetings — alongside Meet via Nylas Notetaker

Beyond these integrations we also invest in Managed Agents that stand in for external SaaS. SEO tooling, enrichment, outbound content — installable capabilities that further reduce brittle one-off integrations.

FOR MIGRATIONS

Moving to SideIQ?

Imports we offer — but not perpetual syncs.

Organizations switching tools rely on deterministic import rails. These are migrations, not always-on integrations — they preserve history without implying day-two sync parity.

HubSpot — import-only for switchers

Pipedrive — import-only, same framing

Salesforce — import-only (baseline scope)

DocuSign — import-only for historical envelopes

Excel / CSV — Smart Importer + AI-assisted field maps

One platform.

Deliberate links.

Universal API.

We ship one coherent workspace with depth where integrations matter — APIs and hooks for everything else so you manage strategy, not forty brittle connectors.
