Integrations · Status per connection

Bring the channels where your customers already are into one business environment.

SideIQ brings customers, conversations, planning, quotes and invoices together. That removes the need for many separate tools and the connections between them. What stays outside connects to SideIQ: your mailbox and calendar, WhatsApp, your website, your payment provider and the booking networks where your customers reserve.

How an integration works

From an outside signal to work on the record.

Every integration does the same job: a message, appointment, payment or reservation from outside reaches the right customer in SideIQ. From there you continue with the parts you already use.

  1. Outside channel

An email, WhatsApp message, form submission, payment or reservation arrives through a service outside SideIQ.

  2. Connection

SideIQ recognises the source, checks permissions and translates the data into fields you know.

  3. Record and thread

The signal lands with the customer: as a message in the thread, an appointment in the schedule or a status on the invoice.

  4. Daily work

Collections, scheduling and invoicing work with the same context. Q sees what needs attention and proposes the next step.

A reservation becomes work for your team.

For holiday rentals a reservation is more than a block in the calendar. It affects the guest record, the stay, cleaning and the next arrival. We want to support this flow through a connectivity partner such as Channex, so Airbnb and Booking.com do not each need their own connection.

Proposed workflow, under consideration. Partner access, reservation changes and cancellations must be validated before this becomes available. The industry examples on this site use fictional reservations without an active channel connection.

What does this mean for you? The status applies to the described data flow. Account settings, permissions and your setup determine what your team uses. The email and calendar integrations run on one secured connection layer; you sign in with your own provider. During onboarding we discuss which integrations your work needs.
